Excellent service. Popped in to get my blood pressure taken, they are liaising with GP to enable a repeat prescription. Prevented me having to take time of work for nurse appointment and reduced pull on a stretched GP practice.

I requested a prescription last Friday. I went to collect it yesterday. Another prescription (that I had requested that same morning) was already ready to collect. I am well impressed, especially when we are usually told to wait 2- 3 working days.

The staff at this chemist are polite and helpful, But as with most of the Lloyd's chemist's they have a different section for the issuing of the drug related treatments so that it singles out of the customers who are drug users, This is an example of if someone has not told family about the addiction problem and they are scene to be stood in this area people may make a decision about what they have seen and they may be a little talkative about this surely we are all entitled to privacy on this matter as non drug users will have their own medicines in a plane bag Thanks

Fast, professional and polite staff in a pharmacy serving most of the Norfolk park estate. The only minor drawback at times is, with it been attached to Norfolk Park Medical Practise that it can get rather busy at times which has a delay when waiting for items to be dispensed. But convenient all the same walking straight out of Doctors appointment and straight into the chemist.
