   Recently paid for an ear syringing service. The girl who did it was really lovely but didn't fill me with confidence with some comments that were made. I felt on edge and felt discomfort. On questionning she had done a 3 day course to enable ear syringing. The room was poky, unkempt and not clinical at all. I ended up not having all the wax out and should have been returning after more drops but in all honesty it's played on my mind that anyone can do this course and I decided not to return. I have since paid for a professional audiologist to clear this blockage and this experience was totally different.

   Dr authorised my repeat prescription on Tuesday. Just been in to collect it(friday) 4 working days to be told that it takes 7 days for a prescription. I thought everything being digitalised was supposed to speed the process up. Was also told I should know this as messages have been sent out. I've checked my emails and messaging to find zero messages informing me. Most unhappy with the ladies attitude also

   This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I used to go to this pharmacy for 3 years and my prescription was never ready on time. Even when I called 5 days after they’ve had my prescription to be told it’s ready only to be told it’s not when I get to the pharmacy. There’s one member of staff (middle aged white lady with browny hair - sorry I don’t know her name) in particular who is always rude, very argumentative, unprofessional and talks to the other 2 ladies with such disrespect. I had to change pharmacies because I couldn’t deal with how incompetent this pharmacy is. Today I popped into the pharmacy for some over the counter tablets because I was passing by and the same lady as mentioned above was yet again being extremely unprofessional by telling the two other female members of staff off regarding holiday entitlement. It was embarrassing to watch and the male pharmacist didn’t even tell her to stop. After seeing her performance today I had to leave this review and hope head office will see it and do something about the running of this particular weldricks pharmacy and the member of staff’s behaviour.

   Recently switched to this pharmacy as it is closer to my new house. They take over a week to prepare basic prescriptions. Went in to collect today (Saturday)and the lady behind the counter advised my prescription was not ready (ordered Tuesday) she said she could prepare it but I couldn’t have it as the pharmacist was not there and she didn’t know if or when they would be. I will go back to day Lewis on Crookes, always quick to prepare and now have out of hours collection locker. With weldricks you are lucky if you get a text to say your medication is ready. Really poor show.

   Stopped getting OTC and Rx drugs there are they grossly overcharged well beyond list prices, and then argued and made it necessary to involve Weldricks Head Office before getting the required refund of £6. Don't need this in my life - thanks.

   I'm currently housebound due to being unable to go out in the icy conditions. My right leg is encased in a huge plastic boot which is slippery at the best of times. Due to mistakes by my gp practice I've been left without medication which I really need. First of all when we discovered the prescription hadn't been delivered to them Weldricks were kind enough to give me a few of the tablets I was most in need of to get me over the weekend. But then today I had a prescription delivered by them which was missing the important tablets. A gentleman from the chemist (sorry, I'm not sure of his name) came out in these icy conditions and brought them to my house. Now that is customer service above & beyond the call of duty and I'm very appreciative. Thank you so much.
