   Needed to buy glucose tablets which I couldn't find among the health section. No floor staff so went to the pharmacy shop to ask and a notice said you had to go to the prescriptions desk. Long queue as getting a prescription is a slow process. Eventually got the tablets which are at the opposite end of the shop with the food. Definitely need more general staff. Went to pay and was asked four times if I wanted a Boots card despite saying I didn't want one.

   This is the friendliest Boots store I have been in. I have been in many, as I do love Boots. The staff are so helpful. I went in to look at aftershave for my husband's Christmas present. Nicole was extremely helpful, sprayed quite a few fragrances, I chose, with her help, on paper sticks and labelled them. She told me about offers and guidance. She was really knowledgeable about the fragrances. I got a gift with my purchase and free gift box. If it hadnt been for her i would probably still be there in a haze of fragrance and wouldn't have known about the one I ended up with. So thanks Nicole! The other staff were really helpful too, when i was asking about a soap and glory gift box. The store is well laid out, it's not got big queues and its well stocked. The pharmacy is great to with friendly and efficient staff. I thoroughly recommend this Boots.

   I use this boots a couple of times a week as it's pretty convenient with great parking and they have a good selection of food. I will get a meal deal for lunch here or stock up on health and beauty essentials. It's not as big as the Meadowhall branch but has a good range of makeup for its size and there's always a good selection of discounts and offers. They do have a stern looking security guard on the door but I have seen someone steal from here before so its not surprising.
