   Long wait for Covid vaccine. Poor organisation nowhere to sit appointment times not kept. Person doing vaccinations seened slow and inexperienced. Said "I'm not being paid enough to be doing this" Will go elsware next year as as I was made to feel unwelcome.

   Had 3 of my Covid Vaxes here and they were swift, organised and friendly. The only thing I'd say is there were a bit rude to a homeless man, outside, who had just picked up his meds and had stopped for a moment to check them. Whoever your customers are, they need to be treated with dignity. I understand he sat down, but this is an especially vulnerable person and deserves not to be rushed off.

   Had my 2nd vaccine here and the staff were organised, efficient and friendly. It was a very hot day and they had fans on inside to allow everyone waiting their 15 minutes to feel as comfortable as possible. Very impressed with the service.
