   Today (23rd June 2022) I was served by Sophie, (with the blonde hair and glasses), and I wanted to say thank you again for your lovely customer service and helping me feel comfortable in the shop! There was another lady there with her who also had blonde hair, I didn't catch her name but she also seemed very friendly and lovely towards the other customers and myself. I bought two dresses from the sale rack and after coming home and trying them on I really like them both, especially the puffed sleeve and maxi styles of them, very pretty. Thank you -- Sarah x

   Bought jeans that had faulty stitching. I had the receipt and was returning them the very next day. New Look refused to take them back because I'd removed the tag before noticing the fault. I complained to their head office who said that was wrong and to go back to Chorley New Look with a copy of the email they'd sent. Manager still refused saying "I can't verify that's geniune" and would not phone head office to confirm as she was "too busy". So neither me or my daughter shop there at all any more. It's always empty when I pass so I guess they treat alot of people like that.

   Went to newlook in chorley ,they have lots of new summer stuff in and I bought myself two new summer off the shoulder tops which are lovely, it's a reasonably good quality priced shop and I was pleased to see that the changing rooms was open again, looks like things are improving at last.
