Hi, can I get my refund it's been practically a month I'm waiting for my delivery and I have been sending you emails and no answer.
Ordered for my son as he wanted to try some fruits from different counties. Some of the fruit had gone off which I wasn’t too bothered about to be honest as I appreciate they have come a long way. But there was items missing. I emailed to say items were missing and were advised they would be sent out. I sent a chase up email on 28th feb and still had no response.
Lovely customer service ! My order arrived promptly Fruit was fresh and they were kind enough to leave a info card to explain the fruits and their benefits, even added black garlic cloves as a free additional surprise in summary amazing products. Delivery came on time. My first time experience tasting exotic fruits which were absolutely fresh and delicious. I recommend buying from nutrition kingz customer service was at a high standard. Also if you want to expand your taste buds this is the company you need to buy from.
Great customer service. Our box was delayed due to an issue with the courier & some fruits arrived a bit worse for wear. We contacted Nutrition kingz via what’s app & they very kindly sent another box & refunded the first fruit box. 100% recommend them & how they handled their customers.

Placed my first order a while back now and received it the next day but unfortunately it had a little damage due to a transit mishap. I emailed pics across and was given a full refund immediately and a brand new box packed with fresh fruit delivered to me, so top points for customer service here. The guys at Nutrition Kingz are friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Fruit is really delicious and well sourced and is a great change from standard british fruit! Highly recommend these guys and would not go anywhere else!
