   Been for my flu jab today was quite concerned that the lady behind the counter gave me the jab I was expecting the pharmacist to do it this wasn't a good experience I've been having flu jabs for 14 years now and this one was by far the worst usually it's just like a pin prick but the needle went in far too much and was extremely painful are counter staff really supposed to be doing this service or is it just laziness of the pharmacist ? Needless to say won't be booking at well pharmacy Holme lane again

   Saw me on an amazing impromptu walk in after Boots messed up my flu jab. Sorted me out within less than five minutes. Cheerful, helpful and friendly. Pharmacist was brilliant and immediately put me at my ease. Thank you ever so much.

   Staff are nice and polite despite being overworked and dealing with a dysfunctional NHS and privatised supply chain. The problem is structural not with staff. They also have to deal with a lot of disrespectful customers and I honestly feel sorry for them.

   what is it with this pharmacy where they get you to phone your prescription 2 or 3 days in advance, which is what I do. Then for the 3rd time it's not ready after 3 days of me phoning it in?? She says ohh can you manage without until tomorrow? duh it's why I tried to get it in advance cos I knew I wa going to run out..

   A lovely pharmacist took the time to talk me through the process of obtaining an emergency prescription. The staff in general all seem friendly and knowledgeable, and the turnaround for repeat prescriptions is fair.

   If I could give this a 0 I would. I went for 2 prescriptions yesterday, told one was out of stock after a half an hour wait, told to come back tomorrow (today). Returned, was seen after 10 minutes, and the woman told me she’d go and look and process it now. After another 25+ minutes of waiting, and just hearing laughing, joking, and constant chatter behind the counter, also sharing personal information in loud voices e.g. names of patients.

   Very slow service, seldom will they be able to fulfill a prescription requiring one to return for medication they didn't have available. When told they would deliver on a specific day, it was not the case and calling them by phone is impossible as they never answer. It took a call to the Well head office in Manchester to get the Holme Lane pharmacy to call you back, which was two days later. If you need your prescription filled urgently, this is not the pharmacy to go to.

   Utterly terrible service. Often call in only to be told there’s no pharmacist so they can’t dispense any repeat prescriptions. Many staff members seem disinterested and apathetic, the good ones always look stressed and harried. If I could give zero stars I would.

   This pharmacy is now barely functional at all. The wait for them to process a prescription they've been sent by my GP has increased from an already awful 2 weeks to effectively forever. It took 4 hours for them to be persuaded they'd received an urgent prescription and to issue it, my brother having to spend the entire afternoon between massive pharmacy queues and the GP surgery. The staff were already overrun and unable to cope with customer numbers, and I've heard staff numbers have now been cut further. They have been completely un-contactable by phone for 3 weeks, meaning as someone who's housebound I'm unable to resolve a problem that's been outstanding for 2 weeks so far despite my GP surgery chasing them up, so I have no choice but to change to another pharmacy who actually answers the phone.

   Waited in the rain for 45 mins, pharmacy seems full of staff. Wouldn't normally review this, but it's not a one off, it's the case all the time. They need to either expand or turn down business to other pharmacy's.
