   Andrew Gardside has a County Court Judgement against him as and his firm as of Summer 2024 for non payment of experts fees. He has ignored this. He has now been reported to the law society and all be reported to the financial services regulator. If he does not pay his Experts they will not work for him. You need Experts to prove your compensation case so I can't see how he can be an even mediocre Personal Injury Lawyer with an CCJ against him and not advancing his cases. I would NEVER work for him again and would never recommend anyone do business with this firm. The one positive review from D Singh is a friend of theirs so how objective is that? Carole Chantler

   Wow where to start...Avoid Andrew Garside and Mark at all costs (2partners of firm) had my claim for over 4 years didnt get nearly as much as i thought delayed medical reports due to the tramps not paying the £50 and dodgy fraudeleunt solicitors. Robbed me of just under £4000 from my claim... but will be contacting the SRA to report these criminals as thats what they are and will be exposed soon... for those who ever want to complain there SRA i.d is 304288 and please dont fall for there scare tactics as andrew is a very shrude and coniving individual just contact SRA as they have no choice but to answer to them

   This company are terrible, avoid at all costs, paid me about 5 grand short then wouldn't answer the phone to me. Had to get another solicitor to look over my file and they had to take C&g to court to get the file in the end. Then they haven't given up all the file. aVOID AT ALL COSTS
