   I ordered 2 items right at the start of November and still haven’t received them. The delivery says failure and I have contacted the company numerous times for a refund but no one is responding to me so I don’t have my money or the items and it’s now January.

   I bought something from here but never received when I emailed them they said it would take 1 month to arrive (it doesn’t say that on the website) Then when I asked for cancellation they told me it would take another month to process and refund my money IS IT REAL!!?

   Been a few pram shops an alot remind me of car dealers were the staff jump on you trying to get a sale. Came here an the man was lovely and was very honest an shared his opinions as also being a dad. Came out with a brilliant pram and car seat at a brilliant price.

   Excellent shop been shopping with them for years for my own children now my grandchildren would highly recommend. Went in with my daughter 2 days ago she has cerebral palsy staff spent a long time with us making sure she got the right pram to suit her abilities also bought next to me crib and moses basket/mattress. 7 years ago bought the emulyunga pram which we had an issue with when picked up it was sorted out immediately x
