Wouldn’t use again! Communication is awful. They ignore messages and emails. EVRI didn’t deliver the package so was promised a replacement after several messages, it did not turn up so I had to replace the item from elsewhere because it never arrived and then suddenly it appeared yesterday but you can tell by the postage stamp it wasn’t posted when promised weeks ago!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AT ALL !!!!I ordered a pink comforter and blanket personalised with my daughters name on both and her dob on the blanket I waited a month for it and it never turned up they then told me that it was lost in the post anout a week after I emailed them in to which the don’t respond and that they had no more of my coloured comforter in stock and if I wanted a different colour I agreed as my daughter does not sleep without them and had lost hers so needed something asap as already has a month of sleepless nights when they turned up they were to completely different colours they didn’t match and the dob that I had paid for was missing I then messaged again they told me they would refund and tell me when they had the colour I asked for back in stock that was on the 8th of April I’m still waiting for my refund or even just a reply from them as they ignore you for weeks
So if I was you I would find another company

*EDIT IN RESPONSE TO Seller: The seller saying they sent me multiple emails is a blatant lie. I sent an email to them and got no response. I checked all spam inbox of my emails and nothing. They even had my correct email address because I received the automated refund email from their business after going through paypal to get the refund. The response to this review is the first contact/ apology I have received.
I made an order on the 26th March, the day my cat died, to buy some beautiful cat memorial ornaments. I wanted them to put with the ashes of my beloved pet. I was really happy to find them on this site and while they were running a 20% off. The website said 1-2 working days for dispatch. I waited until the 3rd April after hearing nothing and not receiving my order to send an email to the company via the email address on the website. I heard nothing even though the company was posting on their Facebook 3 times since the day of my order. I had to go through PayPal on the 5th April and they gave me my money back. Only today the 9th April did I get an automated email telling me my order had been cancelled due to no stock. No response to my email from an actual person. No apology for not telling me sooner or contacting me to tell me what was going on. At such a painful time where I was buying something to try and console myself I am appalled by the lack of customer service and entitlement of this company to take my money and do nothing for ages causing me so much unnecessary extra stress and anxiety.

Bought 2 money boxes but wasn’t happy with quality. Website says to contact if want to return items. Left phone messages, emailed several times and messaged on their chat service. Have had no response whatsoever. Appalling customer service.

Two weeks later, the money boxes have been returned but there is no sign of a refund and no reply to my messages.

Returned an item worth £270 to them, bought off their eBay account and never received a refund even though I have proof that they agreed to it! No communication either. Just had a newborn and to deal with this scam is extremely stressful. AVOID.
