   I shop at Iceland and have no issue with the products or staff. What shocked me was the parking arrangement. From the outside, the car park appears to be a normal Iceland supermarket car park — it’s open, directly next to the store, with no barrier, and nothing to indicate at the point of entry that parking is managed by a separate company. As a genuine customer, I later received a parking charge, which was a complete surprise. Paying it would have meant being significantly out of pocket for what was simply a short shopping visit. I understand the car park is operated by a third party, but from a customer’s perspective it is effectively presented as part of the store. Because of that, the setup creates confusion and puts customers in a difficult position that the store itself cannot resolve. The store experience was fine, but the parking situation needs to be made much clearer at the entrance so customers can make an informed decision before driving in.

   Iceland Gravesend strikes again! Decided to give them another chance! How stupid of me! The driver, Tyrone, couldn't find our flat so decided the way forward was to phone me on my way back from work in the City and be incredibly rude to me! He was so bad I had to tell him to watch his tone and attitude! Eventually he found our address and decided to be rude and aggressive towards my wife who is a cancer patient with her chemotherapy bottle clearly visible! He literally threw our shopping on the floor splitting open the yoghurt and fresh chicken leaving everything covered in yoghurt and the fresh chicken inedible! I decided to send in a formal complaint to Iceland customer service as the branch manager of Gravesend isn't much use. I've also sent in a report to Kent Police about Tyrone's aggressive attitude towards an obvious cancer patient!

   There Southern Fried chicken wings and chicken streaks are tasty, easy to cook in the air fryer with handy air fry instructions and parking easy with refund for parking fee of £1.

   The store needs a little love and attention on the premises and Car Park. Make sure you pay to park or you’ll be fined. Product wise, very cheap and a multitude of choice. Great deals to be found on two for ten pounds. Overall good value food and not a very busy store. Food wise Recommended.

   Is small but the staff open extra tills when the queues get longer unlike Dartford. I gave 4 stars because a member of staff said that Tuesdays is pensioners day and they give 10% off

   first time visiting an iceland. lovely supermarket with a wide range of items. very systematic layout - freezers on both sides of each aisle with other items on shelves above them, and a nice big fridge covering the back area. i picked up some energy drinks on my visit today. i will definitely consider visiting iceland more often.
