   We embarrassingly turned up to Clair de Lune in Sharston thinking it was a retail store! However, the lovely lady that saw to us let us collect the order there and then after placing an online order. This was brought out to us within 5 minutes, with two of her extremely helpful colleagues offering to take the items to our car. Nothing was too much for these guys and the fact that they went above and beyond for us despite inconveniencing them shows what a credit they are to the company. Very kind and friendly and they helped us out in a time of urgent need - can’t say customer service is a strong point for many companies nowadays but these guys show what excellent customer care is. Sorry to the lovely bunch - I didn’t get your names, but I truly hope management take note of this review and how great you are :)

   Delivery was sooo quick! Ordered Monday evening and arrived by Wednesday afternoon. Bought the Moses basket deal and it is beautiful. Exactly as seen in the pictures and the quality is amazing. Definitely recommend.

   As a mum of 4 children I have got to know what is needed and what is not , I have found all my Clair de lune products have stood the test of time and I have reused many items for the last 3 of my boys . The Moses baskets and pods are just fantastic quality and worth every penny not only are they very stylish but they are very well made . I have the changing bags that I find essential for when I'm out and about . I especially love the Stars and Stripes range as it is so versatile you can accessorise the range with so much . I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service is also fantastic.
