   Opening hours on website are wrong, so annoying to go there and they are shut with no notification. Most staff there are nice but several customers today, myself included were sent away without our parcels, as gentleman was unable to find them. They did call and let me know they had found them, but have to wait to collect them another day due to work schedules. So annoying, two wasted journeys already.

   Decent prices, some of the employees are really nice and helpful but one of them is a rubbish, should do work somewhere else. It's quite a handy place as you also can drop your parcel there and treat yourself with a nice drinnk

   Christen (hope I spelled that right!) is always really great, I always go in to collect my parcels and he is courteous and helpful. If you don’t go to get your parcel after a few days it’s your fault if it gets sent back.. don’t blame them! They only have so much space there. Great customer service, thank you Christen

   The manager is amazing, lovely and inviting. Shame about the rude, lonely and horrible man who has all the attitude in the world. Complains and has ago at you if you don’t collect your parcels the same day they arrive and as a customer if you don’t know exactly what you want then and there you get had ago at.

   On March 22nd at 11:28am, the lady that answered the phone hang up on me 5 times after I mentioned "EVRI". If they don't want to be bothered by EVRI clients then they should not represent EVRI. UPDATE: from 1 star to 3 because they called me back in response to my email.

   Online opening hours for Friday said from 10 am. The shop door said 11am. I arrived at 11:45 and waited around but it was still closed. Not good, if your not open at 11am then change the hours your are publicising. Also make the hours when you Google it to show the same as the door. I can’t review the actual shop as I didn’t get to go in.

   Great selection of craft beers. All the good brewery's there. Verdant, pressure drop, Amundsen, tiny rebel etc. Girl in shop was really friendly and helpful.
