   This shop is so disgusting actually I buy from the shop a juice for couple quid and I got sick and I know I spent on my health like four grand and I still sick because this shop is so disgusting and exactly the owner of the shop is so disgusting. I can’t lie he’s not cleaning. He don’t do nothing at all and he saw expired items. I advise everyone no one buy from the shop because he’s gonna get definitely sick.

   I feel compelled to share my experience. An older customer had an issue with the quality of the cigarettes he purchased — but what stood out even more was the way the seller treated him. The customer remained calm and respectful, yet the seller responded with unnecessary rudeness. This was disappointing, especially since the owner didn’t used to behave this way. I personally stopped buying cigarettes from this shop after having a similar issue in the past — the cigarettes seemed poorly stored or stored for too long I genuinely hope the store starts handling customer concerns in a more professional and respectful manner going forward.
