   Bad customer service. Called in asking if they have asparagus. There was a slight confusion, which I was willing to help him understand What it is I was looking for however bad customer service like I said hung up the phone on me. Not satisfied, would not recommend!

   Weird experience over really trivial amount just now. Bought something and was due 1p change. The young man said nothing and put purchase in a bag. I eventually said you owe me 1p change which I want to put in your collection tin here. In poor English he said he has no change. OK but why not say something at the beginning? Not assume I agree to forgoing my change. I know it a piddling amount but made me wonder does he do this when 5p or 10p is owed. If it is his habit then the amounts will soon stack up.Also the item I had to purchase was overpriced! So always check your change here.

   Everytime I go they change there minium card limit. Last few times it was £5 then £2. But I went today and its again £5. Most off licence doesn't even have a minimum card limit. This shop needs to fix up. It's says 24 hours but sometimes you can go inside and other times you can't! Ridiculous.

   Went to drop off a collectplus parcel on 14/1/21. however collect plus website says that i can able print the label in store, when i went to the shop the lady in the till says they don't print labels here, then i showed her collectplus website. she spoked to me in a rude manner and ask me to leave the shop. im very disappointed with the service. we shop here every week,order cakes for birthdays. didnt expect this attitude. Never again .

   They are happy to give alcoholics alcohol and let them pay for it when they have money. Extremely irresponsible and a poor advert for the chain.
