   Different staff charge different prices. Have bought a product twice a week for two weeks, one member of staff scans the item on the till and it comes up £4.99. Today, a different member of staff enters the price manually and says £5.99, when I questioned it, he scanned the item, paused for a few seconds, and shook his head “no, no, £5.99. Yeah right! Needless to say, I won’t be shopping in here again!

   Offering services for Royal Mail parcel drop off and every time they give a different excuse why they can’t print labels, whilst smirking and laughing, but never remove this service from their website. This has happened on 3 separate occasions and they never seem to care that their customers are going out of their way to get to them and leave disappointed every time, having to find another location nearby (which is never actually that nearby). Disrespectful and unkind.
