   A decent option for a big night out, packed venue with plenty of table options for your budget. VIP tables and VIP booths looked good but possibly not worth the extra money, really depends on your group. We were 11 guys so table 5 was perfect location. Service was great a the girls looked after us. Music is a real mix between house/pop rap and everything inbetween. DJ never lets a beat breath before it remixes. Crowd was very young and the dress code was out the window, we came in shirts and smart casual and kids were wearing shorts with beanie hats

   the way the staff treat people is actually disgusting. we had a table in vip for £1,500 and they refused to let us in because we had been waiting at the front of the vip queue for nearly an hour while loads of the normal queue were let in, we asked why and if he could check our ids and we got kicked out and refused entry by the rudest most horrible bouncer i’ve ever came across in my life. if your wanting to book a table here i couldn’t recommend it less, done it twice and had absolutely awful experience both times. not even got in this time and they’re yet to get back to me for a partial refund for the people not let in.

   PETER the head of security you are the best! My friend was on crutches and you came to the rescue to help us, you were so kind and helpful. We can’t thank you enough. This man is incredible. Thank you so much! Everything else was shit in Tup Tup except from PETER.

   Bouncer inside the club near the stairs was very rude and overly aggressive to me. I understand it was his job to came to check my friend who was sleeping at our table. I poked him and asked if there’s any problem because he was trying to wake her up. I explained that i just wanted to help and if the issue was my friend sleeping, I would wake her up myself. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he immediately accused me of being rude and shouted “Don’t be stupid.” because he could remove me from the club. He also claimed that I “pushed” him during that conversation. You can carefully check the cctv footage in the club to see if I “pushed” him like he accused. Later, I approached him calmly to clarify the misunderstanding and let him know that I felt disrespected. I asked for an apology, but he refused, saying he would not apologize because I am “younger” than him, and even went so far as to compare me to his 8-year-old daughter. Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff.

   This place sucks. I can't get in just for wearing a striped pants. It's formal and covered all of my lower body. It's crazy. What kind of club does this? Btw, the place is not that good and the staffs are the worst. Just take my advice, don't come here! This is the second time i came here and i will never come here again. It sucks.
