   Popped in for a couple of bottles pre-Bank Holiday weekend and was very well looked after by Kevin. Excellent service and honest advice, which can be a rarity these days. I was impressed by the recommendations when I came to taste them, and Majestics range continues to provide a great array of wines from all different regions at affordable, drinking wines, right up to fine wines. Slightly disappointed that some of the Chronic Cellars range has been discontinued, but this isn’t a branch specific issue and I’d recommend Epsom Majestic on Kevin’s service alone.

   Wine was good, prices were decent but customer service was puzzling. We bought wine for a party from Majestic Epsom and hired glasses, one of which was broken when they were delivered. When we took the glasses back the sales assistant ignored me completely when I tried to bring this up the first time, then gave me a heap of attitude from then on. I feel like surely there must have been a better way of resolving the issue? Disappointing, as it left a black mark on an otherwise decent purchase experience.

   A VERY good wine shop/supermarket... staff are friendly "winos" who know their stuff and can make (good) recommendations. There's always wines to taste... and occasionally gin or something else. Have a good look round, their variety (geography, price range) has really improved the last few years. They also do ice and glassware... for all your party needs! And delivery... and snacks... and... and... Haha, just go.

   If your looking for a special wine or spirits then this is the place for you, a vast selection of wines from all round the world. Now this is where it gets interesting if you have a favourite tipple, gin vodka or anything else try these guys as well countless varieties of spirits, with an array of different styles and flavours. Staff are very knowledge about their products and will recommend the best they can offer you.

   Top team at Epsom... very knowledgeable, very welcoming and always happy to greet us by name (yep, maybe we DO go in a little bit too often!) and remember our likes and dislikes (without prompting, Stu and Kat, very impressive!) when making recommendations. You have certainly expanded our repertoire and turned us on to some new wines (and the odd new spirit brand here and there) that have become firm favourites. Without doubt our favourite MajWine store... well, to be fair, our favourite store, full stop!
