    Thank you to Janet for guiding us through a pleasant pram shopping experience. We felt well looked after. Lots of questions answered and options given. We were able to take the pram to the car to check sizing. Highly recommend!

    We had a fantastic experience at the Baby Store in Warrington. The store itself is lovely, bright, well laid out, and stocked with a great range of options for every stage and budget. All the staff we met were friendly, welcoming, and refreshingly not pushy, which made the whole visit really enjoyable. A special mention has to go to Janet, who was absolutely outstanding. Her knowledge of the prams we were looking at was exceptional, and she took the time to explain every feature clearly. She was incredibly patient, answering all of our questions and showing us exactly how everything worked without ever rushing us. Her expertise and warm manner made the decision-making process so much easier. We left feeling confident, informed, and very well looked after. Highly recommend both the store and Janet in particular!

    First of all, I want to mention that my partner and I have been loyal customers of this baby store in the past. We purchased all of our furniture and baby items here for our daughter four years ago. Unfortunately, after our recent experience, we won’t be shopping here again. My partner is four months pregnant, and yesterday we purchased an Egg pram bundle. Although the baby isn’t due until May, we decided to buy early after seeing an Instagram advert stating: β€œFree stroller with every purchase over Β£750.” Following the purchase, my partner emailed the store regarding the free stroller, only to be told that the offer applied only to full-price items. I called the manager this afternoon to make a complaint and to see if we could resolve the issue. Instead, I was told: β€œThere’s not much I can do about it – the deal was only available for full-priced items.” There was no real apology, no acknowledgement that the advert was misleading, no β€œyou’re right, we’re sorry, the post should have stated full-priced items only,” and no gesture of goodwill despite the false advertising and poor customer experience. For the record, the Instagram post does not mention any terms and conditions, nor does it say full-priced items only, which is why we feel so frustrated and disappointed. I’d advise other customers to think twice before shopping here.

    Visited the baby store for a new pram as the one we had from another company was falling apart after a couple of weeks so we desperately needed a new one, we were helped by nevaeh who was fab very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us a few different prams and helped us find one within our budget and helped me order one. Only thing I wasn't a fan of is the long wait for orders but it's completely understandable as they have to be ordered in, it took about 2 weeks for us to get our order. Made up with the pram feels very sturdy and safe to use unlike the previous one we had, very happy with our purchase and the service we received upon ordering and collecting

    My husband and I shopped at The Baby Store for our specials one’s travel system after some online research about the products available. We would shop again ans recommend other new parents shop there not only for the product range available but specifically for the customer service, care and attention that we received from our initial speculative visit, to subsequent visits to make our decision and there after our delivery and support experience. We were initially greeted by the knowledgable Nikita who got to know us as a couple and our needs/preferences. She asked lots of targeted questions to help filter down her recommendations and give us top tips on what products would best meet our lifestyle needs. Highlighting features that would benefit us and our little one. We were then able to streamline our decisions (which can be overwhelming!) and choose a system that best suited us and our budget. Nikita wasn’t pushy or sales driven at all, it’s all about selecting the best products for our little one in an informative but still exciting way. Our little girl was born 06/09 and after a long stay in hospital, we were ready to head home and had a brain freeze on how to work one element of the car seat. We called TBS, and it was Nikita who was available to help and remind us of how to safely get baby home. Thank you TBS and Nikita for supporting us get ready for our little girl.

    Visited the Baby store in Warrington for the first time with my husband looking for a pram for our first grandchild. On entering the store was very impressed with the variety of items they offered for the baby. We walked in and approached one of the staff asking about a travel system pram which my I had seen online, the pram was a Bebecar m city oceanic , was taken to the pram on display was shown how the pram system worked went through all the different options , we loved the pram and purchased it straight away. She said any problems on assembling the pram do not hesitate to come back into the store and they would be happy to help. Highly recommend new mums to be to take a visit to the store the nursery items are amazing and you can definitely buy everything you need there at this amazing store.

    We have visited the baby store since we first found out we were expecting. I have bought so many little outfits, blankets and even personalised pieces from here. We have also ordered our nursery furniture and full travel system which was delivered this week. The staff are always super helpful and we are always happy with the service we receive in store and via the phone/social media.

    Went in to compare two prams that I had seen online. The staff were extremely helpful and got both prams down so I could compare them next to each other. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and how patient they were showing us how they worked and answering all our questions. They contacted us once the pram was in store and held onto it until we were ready to pick it up.

    My experience at the baby store was fantastic. I came here to buy my pram, and was really impressed with the staffs knowledge of their products, and how patient they were showing me several different prams. When it came to collect my pram recently, it was really quick and easy to arrange a pick up time, and the staff member was even kind enough to help us carrying it and placing in the car. I'd definitely recommend for anyone shopping for prams.

    Brilliant service from start to finish This is the second time we've purchased a pram through The Baby Store and have always found the staff really helpful and informative. They talked us through the pram showing how it works and answering any questions we had, then leaving us to have a look ourselves and think about it. They contacted us once it was in store and collection was arranged and we were told any queries just to call back and they would help us out.
