Finally got a place where I can take all my parcels. Evri, DPD, Relay, anything. Customer service is excellent, very respectful. I saw some negative reviews, and I just think people sometimes have knee jerk reactions, these guys are always willing and always helpful.
Lost my Relay parcel by not scanning it correctly
Don't bother bringing your evri parcel here, they always say the machine isn't working and a new ones coming tomorrow.
Refusing UPS parcels anytime Denied yesterday and today also. Denied before as well but I thought they are genuinely having difficulty but I saw they are accepting others. I dropped somewhere else and they are happily accepting parcels and delivering.
I ordered some indian groceries through deliveroo and all the items had been displayed as available. Upon accepting the order they cancelled 4/5 items as they only had one of those 5 items available. I immediately raised this with deliveroo and wished to cancel since I would anyhow order again from a different store and pay the delivery charges again.Despite deliveroo requesting them multiple times to cancel they were head bent on selling me that single item which caused me unnecessary delivery charges. I don't know why don't they leave behind their scamster mentality before coming to the UK. People like these are pure disgrace!
Worse!! Such a sinister. This shop they are selling outdated Indian snacks. I wanted to buy some of snacks items when I was checking & was asking about date of manufacture shopkeeper started making me fool saying it might have erased in transport. Where in reality they order snacks from India & erase its date of manufacture in order to sell products long time . For couple of pounds they are risking our lives. Also they can't speak English so take advantage of that also to end d conversation they simply asked me to leave. Also there is one shop right in front it "" Harrow superstore ""they are also doing exact same. Be careful please when you buy food from them. I am definitely going raise this issue sooner if they keep on doing it. Sinister people
Good corner shop for quick shopping. Has parcel collection and returns option for Evrii and Amazon. Can buy lottery as well.
I took my parcel to MJ Food & Wine, they dealt with it swiftly and I got a text later on to say it had been received by them, they were nice and friendly and also tried to help me to find some WD40 in their shop, which unfortunately they were out of but they were they had a good thorough look for it! I will be happy to buy from them or use the services they offer again!
