   Just visited this lovely shop to view some prams for my daughter as a first time mum. We had shortlisted some but needed to see some in the flesh. Keely couldn’t have been any more helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable and happy to give advice on options and did a full demonstration of the one we chose and let us take it apart to give it a test run, and even offered a take away sale package. We came away very happy with the purchase and she even put a lovely big yellow bow on it ready for collection later in the afternoon. Can’t praise this boutique enough. A very positive experience and great service. A*

   I went into Baby Boutique today just to ask a simple question about my iCandy pram, and one of the staff members, Sarah, noticed I had quite a few abrasions on the frame and some stains on the carry cot. She kindly offered to clean them for me. I was extremely grateful, as the state of my pram had really been getting to me, and despite trying to clean it myself, I couldn’t make much of a difference. She did this completely free of charge, but honestly, I would have happily paid. On top of that, she also offered to help swap the carry cot over to the seat unit, as I’ve really been struggling with it. I’m so thankful for her help. Thank you so much, Sarah — genuinely amazing service!

   I’m incredibly disappointed with this company especially with their customer service. I went into store and picked a pram, car seat, isofix etc (costing in total £1500 ish) in June 2025, at the time of sale I was told it should arrive at my home for 5/6 weeks before my due date, so around 8th October. Once I paid other than receipt I heard nothing from this company, so in the beginning of October I rung to ask for a tracking number as I knew it should of been coming in the next few days, I was told they hadn’t even ordered and I should receive tracking by the 13th October as it should be coming that week. On the 15th October, I’d received no tracking so rung again, they told me the hadn’t received tracking yet. I then rung every few days to get updates (as baby boutique didn’t try contact me once) and was just told consistently to ring back tomorrow to find out the tracking. On the 22nd October, I rung baby boutique for an update on a tracking number, and they said they didn’t know where my parcel was and that they would ring back. They then told me dpd had delivered OUTSIDE (in October) to another house and been signed for by man (who none of my neighbours has heard of) After multiple phone calls to baby boutique they just told me to keep asking my neighbours. Eventually I got sent an email which told me to contact the delivery driver but the tracking number they had now sent didn’t match anything with DPD so I couldn’t get through to DPD Also in this email was the picture of the parcel outside at someone else’s home, where the parcel was clearly labelled what was inside and would be a perfect target for thief’s as all the gardens near me are very visible. Baby boutique then refused to talk to me over the phone, and only over email. I’m very lucky, that a person on another street had my parcel and brought me It on the 24th. Baby boutique has not even apologised even though they have clearly used the cheapest delivery service which is very disappointing after spending so much money and has been incredibly difficult to contact. I would not recommend this shop to anybody, as the stress has been horrific

   visited earlier this year with no intentions of purchasing anything as I hadn’t a clue on what I was looking for.. Keeley was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking her time to demonstrate how different prams worked and suggesting the best options for our family which helped us come to a decision. We recently collected our travel system ready built and it’s perfect. A great experience, thank you!

   We can't thank Sarah enough for taking the time to go through all our questions and demonstrations of all the prams. My partner and I are expecting our first child and are complete novices. Sarah made us feel welcome, was very knowledgeable on all the products and we felt no pressure :) we ended up buying our pram and will definitely be back

   Went in earlier today and as soon as I had both feet over the threshold, I had a welcome, shortly after we were talked through different options and configurations of the pram we were interested in, they came to the car with us and demonstrated how this lovely double buddy folded down and fitted in our car. (We are having twins) honestly can't fault them enough. We just need to speak to family members who will be helping us with the purchase and we will deffinatley be back. What a lovely store and a wonderful atmosphere when in there.

   I went to baby boutique because the pram I purchased from there had a hole on the inner tube, they were great at directing me to the place where i got a replacement, and on e the part arrived they fitted it for me free of charge! The lady also cleaned and polished my pram wheels while waiting, great service!

   Ordered an received an amazing Mima Xari pram. My wife saw it online and wanted it. Despite the price I can guarantee you won’t regret it. I have never gone out with it and not received a compliment. It’s very easy to set up and take down when we’re out. Friends and family who didn’t buy it on our wish list are gob smacked how sleek and ‘trendy’ it looks every time. The service I got from the store was incredible and I’d recommend you configure and order well before your due date so it’s ready for your collection by the time you baby arrives. Thank you

We had a couple of small issues with the supplier of one of the items we had purchased - but Sarah kept us updated and ensured that products arrived in a timely fashion.
