   They work till 5pm on Sundays. We have arrived at 4.45pm today and the store was closed.

   Come to a store, on the door it is says the store is open until 7 PM, at 6:22 PM. Why is the store already closed? Door was not just closed for security reason I know the door is usually closed and I need to ring the bell. The iron roller shutters were lowered.

   This is the fourth or fifth time I've gone to buy wine, and I'm really wondering what's going on in this shop with this team. The service is getting worse and worse. The information about the wines on sale is minimal, making it seem as if it bothers some of the sales staff. The atmosphere has become strange lately, with some employees less friendly. Twice I haven't found what I was looking for: no alternatives were offered, just a simple ‘no, we don't have it’. Even the responses from the manager or the person who seemed to be in charge seemed curt. It's a shame. But hey, maybe it's just a bad patch. And I'm willing to give it another try. One last time. After all, there's no shortage of wine retailers in Chiswick.

   It used to be my favourite bodega now don’t know what happens it seems to me that couldn’t bother to spend time and actually give a proper recommendation the sales person couldn’t wait to go out for a cigarette brake. Place used to have good vines on tasting tables but now they’re just few bottles and white vines were not chilled properly just disappointed, will give them another try it could be one of those days

   Went in for a dinner party selection of wines and left very happy. Finished with a very exciting box of six bottles. Boon is the man! He offered some excellent advice and also helped me save a load of money. Highly recommend!

   My order number is 38244371. Delivery Details Estimated delivery date Your order will be delivered Thursday 3rd November 2022 - Wednesday 9th November 2022 by the quickest possible method. Delivery to an address that is 7 minutes drive or 11 minutes walk from your store!!! Today is November 10th. I write and what do I get in response to my letter from your store? The order wasn't even processed! I will get my money back!!! With all due respect... This is not a job! I don't need money, I need the order to be delivered according to the schedule! Try to complete the order! Delivery address is 7 minutes drive or 11 minutes walk from your store on Chiswick High Rd. This is problem? Please take this seriously. This is a gift. I am extremely angry and disappointed. I don't think it will advertise your store.

   Felt compelled to write a note after another as always fantastic experience at Majestic Chiswick. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store always looks immaculate and is always well stocked with interesting wines. But even more so the management here do a particularly good job and you can see their enthusiasm and attention to detail filter down to store and staff. I even drive further to Chiswick store than my local majestic as such a better experience. Looking forward to their tastings again when they open again

   It's a nice store and the staff are good to help you find things. They have these little suggestion cards to help you find similar wines as well as tasting posts throughout the store so you can try different wines to see if you are going to like them.
