    I have been dealing with this store for more than six months and everything was fine in receiving my orders but the last time the store owner gave my package to someone else and I asked him kindly to look in the packages in case they were somewhere and he was nervous and did not accept to listen to me at all. Unfortunately, a bad experience

    There was a lady serving me very good. I was go to her shop wrongly because I want to send yodel parcel but they do Evri and Royal mail parcel service so she explained me correctly and hide me to correct shop for my parcel. I go back to that shop again. The store was very clean and tidy. Price are competitive with morrison prices. I will recommend this store for good service and good quality.

    Most horrible experience. Went in the morning to collect package and guy was lovely. Went back in afternoon to return a package and there was a horrible lady who started yelling at me after 2 seconds of just being there, screaming “we don’t have Yodel” and being verbally aggressive. I even had to ask “why are you yelling at me?”. Very upsetting experience will not go again. Shame as the guy in the morning was nice.
