   The store employees show no respect for women!!! I know this because when my partner picks up a parcel he is treated completely differently! When I pick up a package , they give me orders as if I were their villain. I have to go to the large parcel box and pick up my own package because seller have such a whim. Third World. Please, let's stop supporting this behavior and give this place a wide berth.

   Contrary to some of the other reviews posted, I found the service to be polite, accommodating and first rate at this shop. I picked up several Temu parcel deliveries and printed out the barcode reference numbers to make it easier for the shop owner. I purchased some sift drinks as I believe in supporting small local businesses . No issues at all with this retail outlet. Perfect service and convenient store with extended opening times.

   Been using their Evri service and on 2 occasions now parcels have not been collected or delivered. Their parcel drop is a big box on the shop floor visible to all customers and not in direct eye contact of the till/staff and can only assume the parcels have been stolen and the staff who work here have no serious control over this and when I questioned whether the parcel is safe there the man answered “where else would you like me to put it?” Do not use this shop to post or return your parcels

   Absolutely horrible customer service, the man behind the counter was on the phone the whole the time while serving customers, he could clearly see I was struggling with the scanner for returning parcels and was rude when talking to me for no reason!!

   Rude! Bark orders at you when sending Hermes parcels via their print label in store option. Attendant spent the whole time on his phone talking to someone on loudspeaker. Question, why open a small shop if you clearly hate dealing with the general public?! Seriously don’t let businesses who treat you like c%ap make money off you, if you can help it…I will literally drive past this store to AVOID using it. Also, Deborah is either the owner or got the wrong store.

   The owner is very rude and started shouting when I asked for help with a hermes parcel return. Please do not give this man any buissness, he was rude and horrible.

   Level of rudeness is beyond me. All I wanted to do was collect a parcel and he said "I just opened, wait 15 minutes". Not to mention other issues I've had with sending parcels also. Hermes should strip them of the parcel services

   WHAT an unprofessional, rude shopkeeper! Unbelievable! Started shouting at me, giving orders to listen to him while not willing to listen to my questions. Not recommended for any shopping or Hermes services. Sunday, 28th February at 12pm.
