   Being local and just from around the corner,10+ years has been going there to shop.Recently they have introduced some new staff who are extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people,there is a new female cashier who must be one of the rudest person I have ever met,he was even rude to my kid.Never coming back again…not to mention some rodents running around/in the shop.

   Every time I visit this Yodel Parcel Shop, I have an unpleasant experience with one particular staff member (an Indian woman). She is consistently rude, speaks in a harsh manner, and comes across as aggressive. Just visited a few minutes ago. However, the most shocking experience was on the morning of 1st January 2025. It seemed like she didn’t want to be there, and her attitude was especially unprofessional and unwelcoming. I have encountered her multiple times, and each visit leaves me feeling frustrated. I believe the customer service here needs serious improvement. As a regular Yodel customer, I hope to receive better service in the future or use other Yodel drop off.

   Friendly staff, good selection of foods and drink at reasonable prices for an independent. I've been using the store since day 1. If you walk into any store sour-faced and condescending towards it's staff, you'll likely get the service you deserve. I've never had a problem with the staff at Abi.

   Every time I go into the store I come away feeling a bit flat. Customer service isn’t great I never get acknowledged when I go to send off a parcel, I never get a hello or a goodbye. Perhaps it’s only the one member of staff I get each time, but I’m not impressed with the customer service at all.

   Great little shop with really helpful staff. Not only are the opening hours really convenient, but it's actually surprisingly well stocked for a shop of its size with an additional room out the back for loads of household products. It's worth mentioning that it also has a free cashpoint.
