Good selection of snacks and drinks and a few essentials. Quiet but pleasant people who run it. Does the job of nice little convenience shop
Sold me comfort that was clumpy, clearly been on the shelves for a long time. Then started saying they're meant to be like that, after showing him a video where it's a liquid he started insinuating I did something to it...didn't get my money back.
this shop is so wicked the people are lovely and my package were in great condition and only took the man about 3 minutes to find x
Charged twice for 1 itiem and no money back. This is the second time they have done that. You go there, pay contactless, then they say money is not coming through and ask you to pay using pin. On the bank statement there are 2 charges and they still argue. Will never go there again ever.
Horrible customer service! As I have used it because of yodel delivery service there , the person behind the till physically advised me that for him is better not to use his off licence as it won’t worth as his only profit is about 30 to 40p per parcel if that! Always visually not happy when he sees yodel parcel as! I would not recommend this off licence at all! Thanks god in shenley Rd there are plenty of the shops like that with much more pleasant member of staff
