Terrible customer service from the post office. Almost lecturing and left feeling embarrassed in front of other customers. I was only trying to understand how the Vinted/Royal Mail sending service worked. Really rude!!
Just had my son pay £20 of our paper bill , the manager swore at him because the bill was £30 + He offered to pay the outstanding difference, he made some comment but my son would not tell me . This is not the first time this Manager Has been Bad mannered . This Manger just does not know how to speak to customers , his attitude is not good for some one Who runs a store like McColls
