Walked 20 minutes to take my parcels here on a number of occasions and it’s always “machine broken”. They just don’t want to take parcels as it’s slow for them and uses up storage space. I even picked up the machine myself and said show me how it’s broken, let’s just try it, and he proceeded to scan the parcels fine, albeit grumpily!
They will always find a reason for you not to drop your parcel there, will never ho there again.

Beware - shop would not take parcels, so most inconvenient when you walk specially there. Always an excuse, to avoid the drop off, so would not do my shop there anymore. Better to go into any other alternatives.
