   The worst customer service I've ever had in a while. I tried to send a parcel through evri using a digital label, the sales assistant was extremely rude pointing for me to use the machine. I am tech savy but was unable to use the machine I asked for assistance with no help and left without sending my small parcel. Now I'm going to have to find somewhere else as that individual was extremely unhelpful. Would not recommend this place for sending parcels especially if it's your first time!

   Terrible customer service. The staff of this shop refused to accept my parcel due to size of my parcel which was under 100cm of length. According to Evri, ParcelShop should accept parcels up to 120cm. However, the staff tried to persuade that Evri will not accept my parcel as it is too large and did not accepted it. This is not the first time when the same man is so rude and has keep trying to find some excuses to not accept my parcel. For this reason, I will not be coming to this shop anymore. I am glad we have Elsa now where the staff are very polite and always trying to help. Hopefully, Elsa will be registered as a ParcelShop one day.

   Beware if you have a parcels to collect in this store!! I went to pick up my parcels and the man behind the counter instead of giving the parcel that was right next to him along with other parcels, decided to ignore me and pass all the customers ahead with the argument that I had to wait because I am not a customer but a service, I replied saying that I was in a hurry and it was my turn to be attended just like any other customer. he just continued to ignore me and attend to all the other people who were behind me, asking me to came back another day !! After 5 customer he finally gave me the parcel which I grabbed with no more conversation, and he started insulting me! Calling me motherf***** !!! no respect at all! There are no values ​​or respect for others in this store, he is not treating you the same way if you are collecting your parcels, beware!
