   Went in to go and drop off an evri parcel. The woman in there was abusive. She physically pushed me back from the counter really hard, swore at me and threw my package on the floor. I was left in tears and called the police as she laid her hands on me quite forcefully. I’m not sure if the fact that I was wearing a Star of David necklace made this worse but she was really looking at it whilst screaming at me. I intend on pressing charges.

   Giving neutral stars because I don’t have enough experience to say how it is, but after reading the reviews i was skeptical but i tired to sort of go in at my own sake and experience it first hand. I managed to drop off an Evri parcel as I came in to ask and the guy nodded, he hardly really spoke anything but that’s fine idm it and I’m used to people like those. Could’ve been better customer service but didn’t have any issues, it was dropped off and they gave the receipt. So it seems ok :)

   Never one to complain but this is just outrageous for an interaction that should take 1 minute and doesn’t need to be unpleasant. I drop a parcel every few months and everytime the customer services is beyond impolite and super aggressive. This afternoon I came in to drop off a parcel completed 75% of the transaction at the Evri mechine before politely asking where I should place the parcel. I was then shouted at and told to show my barcode I showed both the app one and then the one on the parcel itself. One again I was shouted at, I asked them to refrain from using that and to repeat once again. The gentleman shouted at me and was incredibly rude told me to go elsewhere I said no, I won’t be spoken to like this and I will have the service completed now I’m here. This isn’t the first time this experience as happened. If I could give zero stars I would. Never one to complain but this is just outrageous for an interaction that should take 1 minute and doesn’t need to be unpleasant. Won’t be returning.

   Rude lady at the till I will be taking further action I asked can you check my oyster please she gave me rude nasty attitude and was so unprofessional told me she don’t do oyster but it says on the shop window in bold that they do top up I said do you know anywhere here that does she said Google it in a rude aggressive tone I said don’t talk to me in that manner im just asking as a customer no need to be rude she said I was being rude? I said don’t ever talk to me like that I will report you for the rudeness she said get out I’m bared Yh very rude lady and taking further actiOn

   Avoid this shop at all costs!!! I went there once to drop off my parcel with Evri and was told just to leave it in the back of the shop where the other parcels were. I was given a receipt but the man didn't scan it in front of me. Although the receipt was linked to my parcel (it said I dropped it off a day later than I did) it never changed its tracking status. Evri launched an investigation but didn't find the parcel - it got lost. I would never go there again!!!

   The most rude and self important people work in this shop. Judging by the previous reviews I am not the only one who thinks so. I was almost not about to write a review because I thought maybe they were having a bad day but I believe that they are just unkind and unprofessional people. Came to do a UPS return and she refused my package as it wasn’t taped up, even though I had brought my own tape to tape it and just wanted to confirm where she would like the invoice, inside or on the outside of the box. She told me I wasn’t allowed to tape the box in her store. She told me to come back when I was ready and said to tape it outside. Appalling really when there was space in the store and she could have let me tape my box there. I left and will never give them any business. I will attempt to escalate this to UPS as they do not deserve the business! Avoid at all cost.

   The service doesn't even deserve the one star given - My parcel had been refused as they didn't have enough space and no information is given on how else I can track the package that seems to be delivered there. Don't go there - honestly the way they treat other people is just redicilous. I understand that you need to inform people you would use the fridge when writing an address but use manners when doing so. They wouldn't accept being shouted at. Just argh horrible

   It takes some effort to get 180 people on Google to bother giving a one star review to a small shop like this. As has been vividly described by so many others, the Indian woman behind the counter really keeps delivering: loud unprovoked rudeness... A fascinating sight!

   Unbelievably rude and impatient staff. I went to use this for a UPS return. The man in there looked at me as of to say ‘what do you want’ I explained I was here to drop off a package and he immediately started shouting “your package is not ready” and started blaming me for not having the box ready. I had all the paper work ready and he wouldn’t explain what I had to do. I explained to him that I needed help to understand what to do and he continued shouting. He’s the rudest impatient person I have come across. I will never use this shop and never give it my business.
