I only go here to drop and collect parcels. The people are very nice. If u try to drop parcels after 4pm they normally refuse as they are a little shop and they don't have a lot of space
Awful customer service. They treat you like a thief until they see your purse and suddenly fall silent. Unfortunately it was the only newsagent in the area which had what I needed for a show. I would not recommend nor will I be returning.
Really think to call the police for this shop! Bought 2 parcels from ebay, one mail said it arrive and went there with queue of people already complaining! Said he didn't have it and the parcel was sent back.. try to show him the email that said it was here.. didn't bother... try to contact the seller and went back in when the parcel magically appeared! And the next one, mail said it was there but not ready, contact the seller who gave me a code to give to the shop... again he didn't want to listen or let me speak or even read the mail from ebay and just wanted a barcode... people outside complaining again! Called ebay and they don't understand why this person doesn't accept the code! Impossible to speak with.. really thinking to call on the police to check on this shop !
Asked for £9 of National Lottery. Took £10, gave me £1 change and when I checked the tickets he only gave me £6.50 worth. Short changed me knowing I was a tourist. AVOID and DO NOT TRUST! Edit: Occurred 12th Feb 2023 at 4pm or shortly after. I was in the shop wearing a green jacket and with my girlfriend (If you are to check CCTV)
Doubles up as some kind of notary so the queue is massive and slow.
I’ve always sent parcels with collect+ from this shop printing the label in-store, now they decided to not offer this service anymore with an excuse, and had me go home with 4 big parcels in my hands, never visiting again. Replying to owner: I had my barcode as usual, I've been told by the guy at till that you don't print in store anymore, and that you can only print 2 times a day (Randomly).
Best off licence of London.All staffs are very helpful and friendly
Don’t use for parcel collection. Randomly closed in the middle of the day. No note / sign on door. Chose another drop off point!
£1 minimum on card for a 90p can of drink. But it's 2019 and nobody should be doing that anymore. Very disappointed.
