Went for a charity event! The band were brilliant, the club members were very welcoming, bingo was ace!!! We raised nearly £700 for Ashgate Hospice and MND charities! Brilliant night!
Had it for my wife's funeral ,couldn't wish for a more pleasant host kim and her staff,being a member it didn't cost anything for the room and the beer pretty cheap, ideal for most events.I would like to express my thanks to Kim for use of the room.
Great place friendly atmosphere good beer and a fantastic beer garden
Quite busy for a tea-time, although it also has an "Auction Night" on Thursdays and they also have some food on as well. I can't comment about the food because I've never had any. Prices are good, £3-00 for a pint of lager (Taddy).
Nice friendly club,ideal for families in beer garden/children's playground.
To be honest with you needs a lot of TLC. Nothing wrong with the place itself. But looking a bit tired. Drinks are reasonably priced good atmosphere. Same people still going there from years back.
