   Staff are very helpful and products are competitively priced. However, this is yet another chain-store that feels they have to add a charity donation question before you can make payment. I'm here to buy - not donate. If it matters that much, Blacks can donate themselves.

   Had a great experience at Blacks in Leeds City Centre a couple of months ago. Charlie was so helpful when I was choosing a new pair of hiking boots and went above and beyond. Was even better to experience the great service after we had just left Cotswolds feeling like there was no longer good customer care available. Thanks Charlie.

   Tried to buy a number of items in the sale. Unfortunately didn't have my size left in the items I wanted. However, got a new water prove for the wife. She was happy. The sale prices shown on the racks did not match the coat price when we got to the counter. This was the same for a number of items. Overall happy.
