   So i placed an order on uber eats, for a small shop, 2 items did not arrive, i called the store to be told its an uber issue and to call them, i asked if all the items were packed in the store, the lady passed me over to the lady who packed the order, and she remembered that she had indeed forgotten to pack these items, and said i would have to request a refund and reorder, which would also incur another delivery fee, i said i didnt want to do that as it was not my mistake, and could somebody just bring the 2 missing items, she said there were only 2 staff members in the shop (one being the manager- who was also useless) so this wouldnt be possible, and could i not go and collect them, (pointless to order for delivery then), i couldnt get out, this is why i ordered on line, they said a refund would take 3-5 working days, they were very unhelpful- call was ended after me telling them i would not order from them again. Very unhappy customer.

   Been in 3 times now around 12pm over the last couple of months. Each time no sandwiches or very little stock. Thought at first it might have been a one off but obviously not.

   Its similar to Tesco express. Friendly staff. Reasonble selection. Some fruit particularly raspberries dont last long but then same as local Morrison's. Need to watch prices but they have some great deals.. £5 freezer deals can save £5 to £8 Currently Aug 2021 shelves suffering from assume driver shortage as elsewhere.

   Disabled parking is a nitemare!!!! Every1 uses this Bay n I struggle to park and most of the time I have someone to go in the store to shop for me, as I can't get out of my car! I need to open my driver's door fully to get out and use my crutches!! Inconsiderate people, some members of the staff are helpful and polite, and others havent got time to help or even smile or use their manners. Store is well stocked for every day needs.

   Always well stocked and easy to park near. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. It has had a recent face lift and looks much fresher for it. It's a medium sized convenience store so doesn't have everything but if you need something for dinner or tea they have things you can use.
