Very very rude pedantic sales person,looks at people with an attitude,thinks everyone is out shoplifting,take my advice go elsewhere
I’ve never in my life witnessed such poor customer service from one of the workers there. He was called Ian, I’m still in utter disbelief that he had the nerve to speak to me the way he did. I had my hands full, I asked him politely can I leave this item as I no longer need it. He turned around and said no, you can put it back yourself in such a rude manner! When I told him, he laughed and continued to mutter under his breath. I am going to make another formal complaint about Ian, as he needs to be told.
A great local shop which stocks a reasonable range of the most commonly needed groceries and household items. It's a bit more pricey than the big supermarkets, but you can bring some of the cost down with a co-op membership card - plus there are often some good multi-buy offers which can offer great value.
A homely community store with a remarkable back story and a universal ethos & attitude, outlets and franchises throughout the chain of humble beginnings and a shared interest in its trade community and peoples. Not the cheapest but only due to refreshingly rigid standards on quality over thrift. I will add photos when I pass by and/or visit next time. IrishVampyre. ^'.. ^
Staff always very helpful. Prices mainly ok but a few things are way above big supermarkets so worth looking carefully. Parking can be difficult especially around school drop off and collection times. Soft plastic recycling container inside shop.
Friendly and helpful staff . Good selec4ion for a small store . Only gripe is they do not sell Organic rolling tobacco . Which takes a star off .
Impossible to park. I've been 6 times and had trouble every time. One time someone who had the same issue parked blocking me and another car. I jokingly said it's a nightmare parking to one of the staff and they said "go to tesco" Ouch!
Shop here regularly. Easy wide aisles, great choice of products, efficient friendly staff!
Small local supermarket, runs good promotions at times.. Has recently had the outside of the store updated. Small Parking area avalible. ATM Cash Machine on the outside of the building, to the left of the stores customer entrance & exit.
