   I would just like to say thank you to MVP Lounge. I was in a very vulnerable position left alone without phone charge in Sheffield city centre late at night recently. These lads looked after me, got me a glass of water and let me charge my phone for free. They made me feel very welcome and safe, free of charge. It was very clean inside and the owner (and staff) were lovely people. Thank you again guys

   These guys make the best shisha around. Excellent flavours and the staff are amazing. They are not greedy like some shisha bar owners who price high and then want you to leave after a hour. Very nice relaxing place, best in Sheffield.

   My husband and I go here quite regularly. The atmosphere is usually really nice - it's not overly loud and rowdy. It's a calm shisha lounge with friendly staff members. The customer service here is excellent. The only issue is that the place takes cash only - so make sure you have cash before you go. There's a cash point around the corner where you can take some cash out. (Temporarily closed - unsure if this is because the cash point is broken). The decor here is nice - it's pink and flowery. Very instagram-able. Tea and shishas are of good quality too. And very decently priced. Cannot go wrong. Overall, would recommend going here for a chilled evening. As a side note - we took my MIL here, and she was made to feel really comfortable. Thank you to the staff for this. You can also order Chaii and Churros from MVP - such a convenience!

   First time I arrived to this place, simply found on google and was near by. Staff were warm and welcoming, prices and sheesha quality were good Comfortable seating and overall good experience, definitely come again and recommend. Felt abit cold before I entered as I was not in appropriate clothing for the lovely weather we had, that day, staff member brought a heater to me! Would encourage owner to change the photos on google of the building as it deserves alot more credit than what it currently has.
