Went in yesterday lunch time and bought a small cake little to find out that it was out of date but not only by a few days it was a month. Its currently 06/09/23 and the item went out of date on 07/08/23
I have just been to collect an Evri parcel and was told to help myself from the massively overflowing bag. Everyone's personal information there on show and could have basically helped myself to whatever took my fancy. No request for ID, all the person behind the counter cared about was if I got the barcode scanned afterwards. He told me his regular customers don't mind helping themselves!
The owner of this supermarket is racist when I went to buy something for my pregnant wife He wouldn't let me in and said it was time to leave and it would close when there were ten more minutes to 10 pm I went out but at the same time a British man came in and was able to buy something. Then I knew he was a racist so he didn't want to sell me anything
Absolute nightmare. Never leave reviews let alone bad ones. Just don’t bother with parcels here . Every time I try to pick up they try putting you off until the next person’s shift. What they don’t realise is that they are all doing it . Come at 3 come at 2 come in the morning. Can’t handle the volume or can’t be bothered searching.
Staff here were very unhelpful and unfriendly on both occasions I have been in there. Once when enquiring about a chocolate bar that my son was after and again when I was asking about using their parcel return service. I won't be using them again. It costs nothing to be nice! #BeKind
Good central location, shop was clean My experience, I had to drop of a collect plus parcel but the man behind the counter was so vague and gave very blunt one word instructions. I had to complete the parcel label myself and he even made me walk into his stock room myself after saying "you need to put at the back" which I had to ask several times what he meant, but I had to put my parcel into a white bag in his stock room. The experience was really weird and unfriendly.
