Since my initial contact on 11th July 2022 I am still waiting for Smarts Carpets to finish their inadequate fitting. They are having to employ a professional carpet binder to complete their mess, but have been promising to send him since their original dreadful fitting 3 months ago. I am still waiting and goodness knows when in 2023 they will correct this fraying wool runner (2 large bedrooms, stairs and landing in expensive wool all needed remedial work). Apart from Cheryl, 3 of the staff/fitters have been rude and abrupt. I can prove all this in a series of emails. I paid up front and maybe this was my problem? I have never felt the need to leave a review like this until today. Smarts was an efficient family business but something has gone very wrong.
Smart Furnishings have a great selection of carpets to choose from. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and their fitters did a great job – we're really pleased with our new carpet. Thank you!

A lot bigger on the inside that it looks from the outside. Good range at a great price. Staff are really helpful and knowledgeable in their field. I purchased a chair, carpet and mattress which were all cheaper than anywhere I looked online. Delivery quicker than expected too
