Won't be going back. One guy that works there usually on Sundays is incredibly rude and terrible to customers. I was shipping three items (all the same) and the guy refused to stick the labels on for my own sanity saying he was going to do it later. I given insisted on doing it myself but he refused. Luckily the items were received by my customers otherwise I would have lost money. He shouldn't be working in a customer service role AT ALL.

That guy Rob or Love or whatever his name is, is really useless. Every time you need something he's really angry and rushing you up. Came here to print something twice in 1 week and every time he can't do it, because he never has access to the shop's email adress. He's also not looking properly to find parcels for customers. He must really hate his job... also, be aware that prices are different from one guy to another, in the same shop.

Ordered a desk sized air purifier from ikea, not something too big, The store rejected the parcel for being too big which made ikea cancel the order, so now i have to wait 5-7 days for a refund to be able to order it again to a different store. No point letting people send parcels to you if you are gonna reject them.....

Very rude person at the counter. I’m not even sure if my client will get the parcel I dropped off today. I got a receipt, which is good, but the man at the counter refused to put the label on my parcel. Again… very rude. I will definitely avoid this place to drop off or collect my parcels in the future. Terrible customer service.

I encountered a very rude individual when I went to drop off a parcel. After handing over the parcel, I asked for a receipt, but the person took a few seconds to respond and then said that the printer wasn't working. I found this suspicious and decided to take a photo of my parcel as evidence. The person became annoyed and told me that I wasn't allowed to take photos, and asked why I had taken one. I explained that I was concerned due to the lack of a receipt and wanted proof that I had left the parcel with them. This angered the person, who may have wanted the parcel themselves. I urge you to be cautious when dropping off parcels, as a simple excuse such as a printer is not working, may not be enough. I had a heated argument with the person in a loud tone due to their rudeness. They changed their tone only when they saw my aggressiveness. This person runs a shop with expired items and provides bad customer service.A very smelly shop. I never purchased anything from this shop, only used it for the parcel drop-off service. Avoid buying anything

I've tried to drop some parcels off and there were some people in the line. The staff imediately looked annoyed when I told him I have some parcels. He said he prioritises other "Actual" customers, getting rid of me with rude hand gesture. The priority, fair enough, it's totally understandable, but it doesn't necessarily mean that they can treat "parcel" customers like that. Why don't they stop accepting Yodel parcels then?! It was such unconfortable experience.

These people continuously lie about their collect plus machine. Went to retrieve my parcel and they told me it was my barcode when its actually their machine. AVOID this dreadful place at all costs.

Refuse to take Collect Plus parcels saying the driver won’t take them! (Parcel was under half the maximum weight Collect Plus accept!) Staff very rude and act like they’re doing you a favour! Avoid this place like the Plague! (It hasn’t got this many 1 star reviews for nothing!!)

Had the misfortune a couple of time of having to come to this miserable place. Both times I have been shocked at how rude the staff are. Beyond a joke how they treat people. They had a go at me once for bringing in a Collect + parcel on the weekend. They barked at me to never bring it in the weekend again. This is because they are apparently busy. How on earth these people do trade I don't know. One other occasion they were verbally abusing some other poor customer even though they had made a mistake with her parcel and given it to someone else! Awful people. Like other reviews here, I would give zero stars if I could. People like this should not be customer facing.

Miserable pair of b**tards! Will tell you their Electric and Gas top up isn't working (''eeeees nuh verkiiing'') when it is depending on if they deem you to have done something to offend them or not. I know this is the case because I waited outside and got a friend to go in for me and she came back with my keys both topped up. The bloke will stand their hawking up phlegm wads with his sunken eyes a'blinking as you ask for what you want. Once you smile sweetly, ensuring to be extra nice so he isn't an utter kn*b to you, his miserable partner sits in the back in her fingerless gloves shooting you daggers from her footstool like a cross between a deaf-mute Fagin and a schizophrenic Golum. Tiny shop, poor choice of drinks, decent magazines and I can imagine they could do a roaring trade if they treated people like they gave a s**t. I wish the people of Bromley could be principled enough to boycott them but I highly doubt it. Avoid at all costs, you will be highly irritated!
