   Terrible company and awful customer service. I made an online order of £35 and recieved someone else's order. I emailed them (Sophie Renoso) straight away to let them know and she did not believe I had received the wrong order, as there warehouse team said they had sent me the correct order. That was the first red flag as she insinuated that I was lying. Upon sending a picture of what I had received she acknowledged they were wrong and I had infact been sent the wrong order (alot of time would have been saved if she had believed me in the first place). She wanted me to send the wrong items back before they even dispatched my correct items (which is wrong because they were the ones that made the mistake). I sent the items back and asked for a full refund. I couldn't be bothered to wait any longer, especially as I'm sure there would be another mistake. There customer service is disgusting and I will never shop with them again. AVOID

   I used to love this shop when I was living in Stockport. So much variety for absolutely fantastic prices. Everything you need was just five minutes away from home. Customer service was lovely too. Don't have anything bad to say.

   Good little shop if you dont mind short dated foodstuffs. Staff very polite and helpful. Very clean and an average range of products. There is a wall of shame there too(shop lifters pictures). Not sure on the parking. There are short stay slots next to the building and residents parking at the back. Frequently patrolled by the traffic wardens.

   Great bargain store, helpful staff. Free car park round back. Can get warm on a hot day. Lots of choice, but variable stock (which is how they keep the prices low.) Well worth a visit, especially for cleaning stuff and pet food.
