   Went in to buy Adult magazine and staff were not helpful at all. Man in the Post Office was picking his nose and whipping on the Glass. Very Bad

   This shop is out of this world! They have a wide range of bottled water to drink when thirsty. Edible food is also clear to see in this shop. If you come here I’d recommend the triple chocolate cookies as they are better than tescos. The breathable air hits different. I will be returning in future moments

   Good range of products, newspapers, magazines and the like. Sweets and crisps, bread, milks and other bottled drinks. But my god don’t expect a cheerful response from most of the staff. You’re lucky if they don’t walk away before you’ve finished your transaction with them. The guy on the post office counter is quick to snap and argumentative. Most of the counter staff are silent and it’s as if you are inconveniencing them by shopping there.

   This shop comes with the worst customer services you can ever come across. Me and my family have been coming here for years. We never ever get greeted with a hello or get a thank you at the till. The staff are of the worst i have ever come across and with complete lack of basic manners and common courtesy. Every time me or the family visit this shop it’s the most unpleasant shopping experience. That’s not even an exaggeration, that’s us being polite. Spar desperately need to address and improve this problem.

   Convenient little store tho highly overpriced items in some areas. Staff are friendly and I can often have a little chat with them. However there are many downsides that could be improved on, fresh baked goods are just in baskets which pre covid I would only worry about flies landing on them however with covid I worry about people touching, sneezing etc and contamination occurring. They really should have some sort of cover to make them more hygienic. When the store gets deliveries, huge blue trolleys block the ailes and step ladders are left in ailes. This makes it difficult for people with mobility issue and also are trip hazards. It also means customers like myself have to move them out the way to get to the products. Im not even going the mention the state of the back alley where access to the flats above are and the bins for the shop are kept. Its filthy and a rats dream home. Packing and litter with food everywhere.

   We use this shop all the time - good selection of products, albeit some can be a little overpriced. Most of the staff are really nice, but one lady in particular (I think her name is Elna), always goes above and beyond! She’s such a lovely lady, extremely helpful and always happy which during a pandemic, goes a long way! Thank-you for everything you do!

   Popped in this morning to grab a coffee. I've used this shop for years. I was waiting ag the till next to be served when I was shouted at by a woman that was clearly having a bad day because I had forgotten my mask i was apologetic it was a genuine error on my side. But to be spoken to in the manner in which gbis member of staff spoke to me was by far the biggest insult of all in a shop full of people. I did retaliate and told her not to talk to me or anyone of their customers in that way to which she took huge offence and decided to grab a hot freshly poured coffee out of my hand spilling it on me and told me to get out of the shop and never go back! I've normally always found the shop okay but the staff most of them are rude with absolutely no customer service idea, huff and puff at you when they need to serve you if there off stacking shelves. This woman whom I was told was in charge takes the cake through the most horrible woman I think I've ever met!
