   I went into the shop. As I've done for 2years payed for my shopping & 20Benson & hedges super kings blue. I went home (1min away) the cigarettes where NOT in the bag. I immediately returned to the shop. & Was called a liar they said they had given them when they had Not & the video isn't clear. I will not return again. & Advise anybody using this store to be vigilant. I feel I've been robbed.

   Not happy £15.00 for cigarettes and given wrong brand I know what I smoke and didn't ask for green. Don't live in the area and opened them expecting the cigarettes I asked for.. . Again not a happy bunny...

   Terrible people, I hate the place. We recently moved to the area, and they treat my children as criminals. They accuse and search children. They are aggressive borders on abuse/harassment. I have never had this type of experience before. Do not go there. I spend my hard earned money somewhere else where you get respect.

   Poor behaviour and stole money! I sent my son to the shop whilst I waited in the car outside the shop. My son came out upset and came back with one 1.05£ coke instead of two. He said the shop keep took extra money off him. I said for him to go back and I gave him 2 50p and 1 5p. He came out of the shop with no money and no drink. Saying the shop keeper took his money and said you need 5p more. I went into the store and asked him why he took extra money off him the first time and the second time no drink. He lied and shouted at me and my newborn baby insisting I give him an extra 5p. Will not be going back at the shop again!

   Came to send a parcel back and the guy at the counter was anything but helpful to us. Amazon return websites acknowledged this shop as a "non-boxed item" return location but the staff kept denying it. They did not try to recommend any other alternatives and left us confused. Would suggest avoiding for any parcel returns.

   Parcel not scanned and it got lost, disappeared without ANY trace! I was returning 3 Hermes parcels through this store, then I found out that they actually logged just 2 parcels for 1 receipt they gave me when I was posting my 3 parcels - the third parcel is missing!!! Hermes says this parcel's tracking number is not on their system/network, there is no trace of it, it has never been scanned in the parcelshop obviously. The retailer didn't receive my parcel and so they won't refund me as there is no proof that I actually dropped the parcel off at the parcelshop (as they didn't scan it)!!! Where is the parcel gone??? Stolen? Hermes didn't receive it into their system at all. You must have stolen the parcel, otherwise it would show online it has been dropped off to you store. Thank you very much!! Hope it was worth it, astaghfirullah!

   A cash machine outside that charges for usage. Over priced inside and they have the cheek to charge you for wanting cash back. Disgraceful! Much better to go to the Tesco just down the road opposite the Apollo.

   A great local convenience shop that sells almost everything you could ever need, from a good selection of groceries and household goods to pet food and hardware. They would earn the fifth star if they just managed their stock rotation a little better and didn't sell food past its best.
