   I bought wardrobe from Argos last week, but it didn’t work out for me. When I tried to return it, they said they couldn’t take it back because the plastic bag had been opened. I even packed it up again properly and went back the next day, but they still refused. It was disappointing, and after this experience, I don’t think I’ll buy from Argos again.

   Todays experience in Argos. I was number order 118. Was amazing to see number 121 served first, then 122 . 120. 119. Finally the first one on the screed- 118. When asked the manager what is the logic behind it, she lies me in the face that this what she got told on her head set, when I actually saw her going to the room and fetching it from original shelf. Not sure what she had against us....

   I visited Argos today and unfortunately had another unpleasant experience with a staff member named Tracey. On previous visits, I’ve already raised a complaint about her unfriendly attitude, and today was no different. I tried to avoid being served by her, but she was the only person available at the counter, so I had no choice. Once again, I found her to be rude, snappy, and condescending, which made me feel very uncomfortable. This kind of customer service is disappointing and not what I expect when shopping at Argos. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue appropriately.

   Customer service here is shocking! I came in to collect an item which was sat on the rack for 20mins while staff stood chatting and joking with each other, completely ignoring the customers stood waiting. Looking through the comments, clearly this wasn’t a one off! Unfortunately the staff let the store down, otherwise the location is perfect as you are surrounded by many other major chains.

   Extremely bad store can you imagine you waiting for your ebay collection third time when you been notified by the delivery carriers your item was arrived yesterday or is morning and then you ask them if they have your item then they say we don't have it with out even check in !!!! Once you told the delivery past to this person at this time they will say oh it's here to make it short customer service and Argos is not good for collection of ebay I definitely don't recommend Argos I rather use other collection store's I've tried few all were much better than Argos few Argos are the same that explains it's on there policy's please avoid using Argos!!!

   Desparetley slow, really not a great experience. Purchased goods were sitting on the shelf in front of us but no one available (or bothered) to hand them over. Some management/leadership is needed in this store!
