   Long waiting times at checkout.. no bags again and staff ant to nice .. the chocs and sweets are all cheaper in framfoods and b and m.. go their.. It's use to be good but not anymore

   This store has never got bags and they don't tell you until you are at the till, ow we have only got the pound ones. So I said u should tell people beforehand, it's not my fault I got. Take some responsibility u work there.

   This was the biggest poundland I have been to and was shocked over the range of there products. Clothes, homeware, fidges and frezzers full with a wide range of food, snacks and drinks. Plenty of tills and wasn't waiting in line for long. Staff were also very friendly. Could have spent longer in there but was against the time.

   Great items on sale, with cheap cloth options aswell. Items are always well stocked. Sadly however items are not always labeled correctly in price. Some times will be mislabeled. Other items won't be labelled at all. Overall great shop to find cheap deals on items.

   I would not recommend this shop to anyone, myself and my partner was shopping in there and bought a lot of stuff,but at the door as we were leaving a security guard stopped us for no reason and made us empty our bags and pockets looking for stolen items,this was done at the main doors in front of everyone, needless to say we had no stolen items, and the guard never even said sorry ,that is one place we will never go again,so they have now lost our custom

   Staff are absolutely disgusting ,they look like they on drugs and very malnourished. I feel sorry for them if I’m being honest . Threatening people to kick them out absolutely disgusting behaviour . I noticed they tend to pick on people who don’t speak English mostly and young parents and children ,I witness a lady who couldn’t speak English but came in to exchange something , they all came at her bullying her threaten to kick her out for only wanting to exchange something that didn’t work . I pop in there almost everyday and see them bullying vulnerable customers . Shame on you . It’s only Poundland I know but teach your staff manners and compassion ,put a smile on their faces and make themselves look a little more presentable. They look homeless and you would think they being abused. they are so disgusting i would probably never walk in there again . They probably don’t get paid enough but hey if your not happy working at Poundland find yourself another job .
