   use this shop every day i use scottish and english notes all the staff now me. The new guy has just lost you a customer want be using your store again all because i had a scottish twenty i travel to scotland once a month only had scottish notes on me refused to serve me thats find i refuse to use your store.

   Went to drop a parcel off to be delivered when asked if I had a label printed I said no, it's digitally sent. The woman looked at the barcode on my phone and very rudely and abruptly told me that I needed a label printed. The printer was behind the till so I'm not too sure why this angered her so much, when the only option is for her to print the label out anyway. Was very close to taking my business somewhere else with the tone of voice she spoke to me in and the look of anger on her face. Rubbish customer service.

   In general it isn’t the worst, the prices are higher than you would usually see at different stores. The staff are ok most of the time.

   An average Spar, stocking all those items for most meals, and emergencies. They also are used by some of the Courier companies to be a drop-off or collect station. The staff are efficient and the prices are good. Some Spar offers can be worth a trip, as they might be something far cheaper than the larger supermarkets.

   I use the Hill Lane Spar every week to buy my daughters bus pass. And the staff have always been really nice. 2 young ladies In particularly, that serve me regular even start getting my pass ready as soon as I walk in the shop to save me time.

   Staff was not very helpful. Went to return package this morning with 1 week old baby in car. Ask for a small piece of tape & was told they have in office, but still had to purchase a whole tool just to stick return label ok . I was also told of I return item through the post office there would be a charge. Which was not true God bless the post office I'll never go back there.
