    Been in twice this week and the staff are miserable and seem to have a attitude. If they don't like there job, they should get another job that doesn't require working with the public.

    This is my local spar, and for the majority of the time customer service is fine! But I went in on Monday to the post office and all the staff were wearing headphones (assuming this was intentional for communication purposes?) One staff member completely ignored me whilst wearing the headset and continued engaging in a conversation with someone (assuming another staff member?) about what she was having for tea that evening. The lady that served me at the post office, also was engaged in conversation using the headset (also not work related) whilst she served me! I understand that the headset maybe useful for requesting assistance from other staff members from a distance, but it really deters from the customer service and overall experience. I found it quite rude! I'm hoping the wearing of the headsets whilst dealing with customers is just a novelty that wears off. It's not good customer service at all!
