   Very rude attendant. I have lived in the neighborhood for about two years and this has been my local shop. Christmas Eve 2025, I go to buy a charger for my phone. On getting home, I realized the charger wouldn’t charge my phone and immediately returned it. I explained to the attendant that it wouldn’t charge my phone and he inquired if it was my phone or the charger I said the charger and I could hear him cussing me under his breath. He called me an idiot. I could not for the life of me understand why he would say that or what I had done to deserve that. I wasn’t rude to him, and even if he didn’t offer a refund or another charger I would have been fine but to insult me for no reason, I wasn’t having it. I confronted him and asked him what he said, he initially denied and pretended not to know what I was talking about, he later admitted and said there was nothing I could do about it. He called me all sorts of unprintable names. I made sure to tell him that he is the idiot not me. I just came to leave a review here cos I don’t recommend this store after my ordeal. All I did was try to patronize the shop and if I knew this would happen, I would have gone somewhere else. I don’t recommend ❌

   Very rude assistant. Whenever I've tried to drop a parcel off here. They are either unloading new stock and wont accept parcels or they say the machine is broken. Ive been served by a couple of pleasant men here and a couple of very rude men.This time the man that served was unbelievably rude, curt and abrupt. Again the machine was broken, and he shouted that I was to go straight to the machine when I came back. I told him not to worry as I wouldn't ever be coming back to that shop. I went to a shop in Rhodes instead where the shop assistant was very pleasant and helpful.

   Rude young man behind the counter making comments under his breath. Not caring if he offends or makes the customer uncomfortable. I came to shop and drop parcel off, but he was so off putting I left. He’s done this on 2 occasions now. I won’t be back.

   Just collected a parcel (Evri). Disgusting customer service. Couldn’t be bothered looking for the parcel. All parcels chucked under the counter. Shouting , aggressive and no manners. Told me he didn’t have it and I’d have to come back. The older man then had a look. Found it straight away. I told the first man that he needed to improve his customer service. Not to shout and to use please and thank you. He was very arrogant and is a disgrace. Who would have him in a customer facing role? Hope he’s not being paid and his family realise he is damaging the reputation of the business. If he shouts at me again he will regret it.

   Rudest shop keeper I have ever seen in my life. I swear on everything, I went out of the store crying because of the way he treated me. How can a human being be so rude to another, I really cannot comprehend. Like most people say, you really don’t know what a person is going through. I kept my calm towards him considering this but he did not.

   Most lasy shop assistant ever! Advertised as Hermes agent but for second time refused to take my item saying machine out of order, than laughed. Take him off maps as Hermes point!

   A great shop!! Just up a few stairs. It is quite narrow so don't try go there in a wheelchair! They have a good variety of things to buy and I'm looking forward to shopping there again. The customer service was good, too, which is always an added bonus. They don't have everything here, but they'll probably have a substitute for what you are looking for.

   Incredibly rude, unhelpful staff. Tried to send a parcel through the Hermes system, was given no help then told not to bother and find somewhere else. No customers wearing face coverings in the shop. Untidy and dirty store. Will not return.
