   I would rate this shop five stars for its overall service; however, one staff member, Chris, has consistently made me feel uncomfortable during my visits. His patronizing attitude is evident as he often stares and follows me while I shop, as if he doesn’t trust my ability to browse on my own. I have also noticed him observing me closely as I walk past the store, which has heightened my discomfort and forced me to change my shopping days. On a positive note, the other staff members foster a welcoming atmosphere and are genuinely pleasant to engage with.

   50% off shops above £5 when I was there although some prices seemed to be inflated to negate the discount (£16.99 for 32 off brand toilet rolls LOL) Still lots of bargains to be had among the toiletries and household cleaning items - fairly long queue at the tills - although this could be related to the sale.

   I went to the store to buy some goods. There was a lady and a young guy on the tills. The lady told him to go and serve me as she noticed me standing waiting to be served. The young guy scanned my items and just tossed them around. I needed to reach for my items as they were scattered around and just haphazardly thrown around near the till. Shame as I love the shop, However customer service needs improving. A little smile and polite helpful customer service won't hurt.
