Went in the other day for an item, after having searched, could not find it. Went to staff at till who were too busy chatting to each other, so had to wait until they finished (and it wasn't about work) I showed the member of staff on my phone the item I was searching for to be told they'd never seen it in the shop and to go to Holland & Barratt on the centre?

Argumentative staff. Donβt realise people go there in pain needing help and advice. In their defence I suppose dealing with The public is difficult. Tried to offer me creams that were four times the price than Poundland. Canβt see it being there for much longer

Can honestly say never met a bunch of staff that are so rude. Particularly the ones doing prescriptions m the pharmacy counter. I appreciate there's not a lot of staff but being told you have to queue with people putting prescriptions in when you want an item from behind the pharmacy counter it's ridiculous. The more annoying thing is there was two members of staff stood laughing thinking the whole situation is funny. Used to be a decent store now I try n avoid at all costs

I understand that there are not a lot of staff in the pharmacy and they deal with a hight amount of prescriptions everyday. But, almost everytime I go there is always some issue with my prescription, items missing, not in stock etc, even when I've had a text to say it's all ready, and they don't seem that bothered about sorting it out or offering an alternative. There always seems to be just one person serving so you have to wait in a long queue, which is not ideal for me as I use a walking stick and waiting in lines can be painful for my legs. On top of this, I can never get through on the phone. So I can't even call to check if there are any issues before I make the journey there. The phone just rings out, even after several attempts. There was one time where I had a voicemail to call the pharmacy back and I just couldn't get through! The staff are lovely up until I have an issue, then I am a burden and the attitude changes, which is down to their mistake more often than not. I think they definetly need to work on customer service and maybe answer the phone when it continuously rings!

I'd give them 5 stars if they had more than one person serving. I waited in a queue for over 20 minutes before I could ask for my prescription. Text alerts to tell you your prescription is ready is good. It saves you an hours wait!

Absolute garbage customer service. Medication is never ready, even after coming back 28 hours later. "Must have got lost in the system", she says! Great! I'll tell my 3 year old son that, I'm sure he'll understand!

Been here multiple times always very helpful staff. Itβs a small store that obviously doesnβt stock everything but stock levels are maintained. Staff also make an effort to ensure online returns goes through correct and reassure the customer too/or when prompted (as in-store online returns donβt generate a receipt - itβs done on an archaic computer system). Been to bigger boots - always crazy busy, items out of stock and poor dealing with customers - conveyor belt feel. I prefer to come to this boots for most things. Dropped a star because sometimes thereβs waiting around due to short staffing.

Went in to return part of an online order as I had been sent the wrong item, the lady on the till was very busy but still friendly and helpful despite this. Yet when she called the manager to help her deal with the return, the manager was rude and condescending. I wasnβt being difficult at all, I just simply wanted to return the item that had been wrongly sent to me and she was making comments about βitβs the item you ordered just a different patternβ. Well if I had wanted that pattern I would have ordered that one? She eventually sorted the return but was very short with me, and I also noticed she was the same with someone else she was serving - got their order from the back and shoved it at them not saying anything.

SHOCKING!this is what my dad went through I went back in with my son in law as I was given less tablets than normal Young Asian women asking me why did I bring him who is he to you are you related in a really rude manner? What has that got to do with anything I donβt know what her problem was or what her attitude was about absolutely appalling customer service

Came here to hand in two percriptions, after waiting five minutes in the queue I was told they had one percription but the other one I would have to call back tomorrow. I paid for one and took the other percription to another chemist and got what I wanted there and then. Your loss Boots bye.
