Was hoping to quickly grab few things after I finished work late only to find the staff had closed and locked the doors shut at 10:48pm…don’t advertise closing at 11 pm if you’re shutting early so you clearly don’t have to face up the stock on the shelves etc.

Tried to tell staff the everpour coffee machine for customers was dangerously broken and spraying hot steam at eye level, didn’t want to know and seemed put out at having to speak to a person. Hope no one loses an eye lol ☕️

Absolutely outrageous the way the staff treat you! Especially one old woman behind the tills serving. We will not be returning for sure. Uttertly disgraceful.

My experience at this Co-op was beyond frustrating. Upon arrival, there was no one at the till I had to wander around the store to track down an employee. Eventually, I found a short older lady who seemed completely unaware of how to handle my pickup order. After I asked if it was ready, she had to call someone to even check, then vaguely told me, “Someone will prepare it.” No apology, no urgency. While waiting, more customers began queuing at the empty till. The same older lady was milling around, oblivious, until other customers started pointing her out. I actually had to step in and alert her that people were waiting to be served absurd that a customer has to manage staff duties. To make things worse, my order took forever. I noticed a mixed-race employee, possibly in charge of preparing orders casually scrolling on her phone instead of prioritizing tasks. She moved at a snail’s pace, clearly unconcerned about the growing wait. By the time my order was finally ready, I’d wasted over 20 minutes delaying both my schedule and the customer I was delivering to. Unorganized, understaffed, and utterly unprofessional. Save your time and go elsewhere.

WARNING! Parked here for less than an hour to do the shopping and was hit by a parking fine. Either £40 if paid within 2 weeks or £70 if not. Car park was empty - no doubt this is the reason! I can categorically state I will NEVER shop here again, and will warn others to do the same.

I've ordered a basic items from this branch via deliveroo. There was an offer for "2 irresistible chicken Tikka masala meals" £7.50. I receive a random cheap Co ops own version valued at £2. I inform deliveroo and they said they apologies, but they can't do anything and call Co op to arrange a redelivery. I contact co op and speak to someone who was actually helpful and they called deliveroo for me. I call back and the Co Op member states they can't do a redelivery from their end. Who am I suppose to call now? My mechanic? I ask the Co op memebr are the two items in stock? The person's responds with yes. We've just been very busy. What does that mean. It's like ordering a cheeseburger and receiving a lava lamp as the branch was busy? This has to stop. Someone please either refund me or turn off your PDA machines and train your staff memebrs not to be so lazy and carless.

Fine Coop, better wine selection and more products available than the Didsbury Village branch

Very nice staff I found them very helpful. This is only a small shop so not a great choice found it very over priced I'd only go again for convenience as its local but I'll stick to my usual shopping places.

2 hours delivery, good but be careful to switch off taps and cookers. Due to delivery that is often arriving promptly. in Flats where residents can be busy. A good idea that the Co op needs to text message to make elderly residents aware giving time to switch off appliances before answering the door.

Good local supermarket with everything you need for a weekly shop. More expensive than larger stores and other brands but you pay for convenience I guess. You can get everything you need here with a lot of selection across alcohol, food, home goods and everything in between. Definitely handy with a good amount of parking too.
